As Christmas rolls around each year it becomes more of a tradition than a celebration. Where has the beauty and wonder gone? Have we failed to recognise the beauty in such a celebration?
As each year continues we become more complacent in our lives, forgetting that our lives were breathed into and each piece of us stitched together, so that we could do great things, and encourage others along the way.
We look upon the new year and set resolutions to do new things, to improve old things. Why don't we take an inventory of ourselves and really remember where we came from, why life was breathed into us, and then live each day, each step as if it was a new year.
Hope is beckoning to you in each moment so please don't fail to remember that the light will always shine brightly again.
Your life is not worthless, it is priceless and contains so many moments filled with stories that need to be told.
As Christmas comes to us again this year, and each and every year again please let us remember to celebrate life, to celebrate birth and every moment till we take our last breath. Christmas is not just about remembering presents and candy canes but celebrating life, the life given for us, and the life given to us.
Take your life not for granted, but as a precious gift, for that is exactly what it is. You are worth remembering, and even better yet, remember the sacrifices given for you so that you could live freely.
There is so much more for each of us to embrace so take each step with joy as you can, and remember to embrace each and every day just as you can. Hope is yours always xx
